The best applicator for Restor-A-Finish! Howard Super Fine (0000) Steel Wool holds liquid and helps Restor-A-Finish penetrate tough finishes and restore the surface. Steel Wool should not be used on high-shine finishes. When using steel wool, always rub with the wood grain. It can also be used to apply Feed-N-Wax to finished and unfinished woods.

Features

HOWARD PRODUCTS' Steel Wool is the finest steel wool available for the application of RESTOR-A-FINISH or FEED-N-WAX. Our SUPER FINE (0000) steel wool is excellent for use on both finished and unfinished wood surfaces. Always use with caution.

Directions for Use

RESTOR-A-FINISH
For white heat rings and water marks, first lightly saturate a pad with the appropriate color of Howard Restor-A-Finish. Rub gently in the direction of the wood grain. Since finishes vary in hardness, test pressure to be used on an inconspicuous spot. Cover a small area at a time and wipe dry immediately.
CAUTION: Steel wool may dull a high gloss finish.

FEED-N-WAX
For oiled or unfinished wood surfaces, saturate a pad of steel wool with Feed-N-Wax and rub back and forth with the wood grain. Let stand for about 20 minutes and then buff dry with a soft cloth.

CAUTION! WHEN WORKING WITH STEEL WOOL, STAY AWAY FROM LIVE ELECTRICAL CURRENT. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES AND PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR.
